The Daily Case Files is a free daily deduction-puzzle game operated by EliteSpec, New Zealand. By playing or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
The Daily Case Files is provided free of charge, “as is”, for personal entertainment. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Your account
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide a real email address so you can recover access.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Don’t scrape, bulk-download, automate, or reverse-engineer the game to extract puzzle solutions or content.
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The puzzles, written content, artwork, and branding are owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your own results and links to the game.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
